Trolley

A sturdy, easy to handle medication trolley. All packs should be safely stored in a locked cabinet when not in use.

• 2 Lockable Drawers, holding up to six folders
• Convenient removable dividers inside the drawers.
• Worktop with guardrails.
• Extra bench space available which folds down when not in use.
• Push handle for easy maneuvering.
• Waste bucket clips to the right side.
• Extra storage for non packaged medications is provided by a wire basket clipped on the side.

Individual Patient Folder

The right side holds up to four Medico Packs. The left side holds the Medication Order Form, Signing Sheet or other information for the patient/caregiver. Room on the spine allows for the patients name. Overall size is approximately 320mm high x 275mm wide x 50mm deep

Half Size Folder (single clip)

• Polypropylene for durability and lightness. This material is moisture and acid resistant.
• Folders are easily wiped clean with a cloth and soapy water.
• Two sheets of colour coded dosage time labels are included, these can be placed on the front and the top of the folder:

• Clear overlay on the front to hold a Patient Sheet or other information.
• A ring binder style ring inside allows 1 pack to be visible at all times.
• Overall size is approximately 320mm high x 165mm wide x 110mm deep.
• The front is closed with domes and a robust handle for easy carrying
• Designed to fit inside the Medico Trolley (sold separately), which will hold up to 12 of these sized folders.
• Identification Dividers will hold a photo of the patient and a Special Instruction Card (both sold separately).
